The Real Voices – Real Choices Conference will be held on August  23-25, 2026 at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. Please read the information below to find out which sponsorship level is right for you. Then, go ahead and sign up when you’re ready.

What is RVRC? What’s included in a sponsorship?

The Real Voices – Real Choices Conference is an annual, statewide conference designed to inform, educate, and empower individuals with and family members of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. This year’s conference will be hosted in-person at Margaritaville Resort in Osage Beach from August 23 to August 25.

All sponsorship opportunities will include a minimum of recognition on the conference website and social media and/or logo/listing in the digital conference program booklet. Please note, all sponsors and exhibitors are required to make their own hotel reservations at Margaritaville under the Real Voices – Real Choices room block for the discounted rate.

There are five different sponsorship levels available for the event: each with various benefits. We can also customize a benefit package for you if you have specific needs for your sponsorship dollars.

Platinum – $5,000 and Up

Only one sponsor accepted at this level

  • Sponsoring business name/logo on all conference literature
  • Sponsor logo on the conference t-shirts
  • Provided marketing materials of sponsor will be placed in approximately 1,000 conference attendee bags
  • Sponsorship listing on web page and social media
  • Full-page ad in program
  • Exhibit table plus two conference registrations for organization use

Gold – $2,500

  • Acknowledgement during event, on social media & in promotional marketing
  • Logo on conference t-shirts
  • Provided marketing materials of sponsor will be placed in approximately 1,000 conference attendee bags
  • Full-page ad in program
  • Sponsorship listing on web page and social media
  • Exhibit table plus two conference registrations for organization use

Silver – $1,500

  • Acknowledgment during event, on social media & in promotional marketing
  • Quarter page ad in program
  • Sponsorship listing on web page and social media
  • Exhibit table plus one conference registration for organization use
  • Logo included on event t-shirt

Bronze – $500

  • Logo in digital & hard copy programs
  • Recognition during event & on-screen display of logo
  • Logo included on event t-shirt
  • Valued Supporter – Under $500
  • Logo in program
