Mental Health Champions’ Banquet – We are Going Virtual!

June 23, 2020

Like many events, concern surrounding the spread of COVID-19 resulted in the cancellation of the on-site 2020 Mental Health Champions’ Banquet, however, we are excited to share the news we will host a virtual event!

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 6th at 6:45 p.m. and join us in recognizing and celebrating the 2020 Missouri Mental Health Champions’ Award recipients. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our sponsors for continuing their support of a virtual event. We could not do this without you! More details will follow soon! You can also follow event updates on our website at https://www.missourimhf.org/mental-health-champions-banquet/

2020 AWARD RECIPIENTS
Tim Conroy (St. Louis)
Candace Cunningham (Lee’s Summit)
John Stuckey (St. Charles)

The Mental Health Champions’ Award is presented to three individuals annually – an individual living with mental illness, an individual living with developmental disabilities and an individual in recovery for substance use disorders.  The award recipients make positive contributions to their community, exemplify commitment and vision, and their actions have increased the potential for independence in others with similar mental health conditions.
