Sheila joined the Missouri Mental Health Foundation in 2015 as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. Prior to the Foundation, she was employed by the Missouri Department of Mental Health for 37 years, holding several positions—but most recently, she worked as a Telecommunications Analyst. Sheila was instrumental in establishing a social media platform for the Foundation as well as increasing a network of partners for the Foundation through exhibiting, sharing resources, sponsorship commitments and all other activities through which the Foundation is involved.
Outside of working for the State and the Foundation, Sheila is currently the bookkeeper for her husband’s business, Kliethermes Construction and Plumbing, LLC, for the last 35 years and now her son’s business, Timberline Construction Services, LLC, for the last 4 years. She currently holds the position of Project Specialist for the Foundation. She lives in Westphalia on 36 acres, where she finds peace and serenity with her husband of 45 years. She has 3 daughters, 1 son, and 4 grandchildren who are the light of her life!
